I am also a Communication Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. I've worked in the Bureau of Air Management for almost 10 1/2 years, and have been involved with outreach activities for WI DNR's Clean Air Act Task Force since its first meeting in February 1991; more recently I have also worked with our Climate Change Committee and a stakeholder group that's now developing our voluntary emission reductions registry. Like Becky Pottratz, I plan mainly to observe (or "lurk" as people say on most of the email groups I'm on) but I may post toward the end. I appreciate EPA's efforts in putting this dialog together.
