Good Morning.
I am a Communication Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. I am relatively new to regional and/or national public involvement processes (about 3 years or so) with most of experience coming from efforts on a local or statewide level. My plan for this discussion is to particpate primarily as an observer, then sharing what I have learned with my co-workers. At the end, if it feels appropriate, I will submit formal comments.
