Using 3 teachers in a double classroom of 30 students each for class size reduction is a very interesting idea, especially when we are looking for alternative ways to get people into teaching.

Picture a classroom with two very experienced teachers and a new teacher, or intern. Look at the opportunities for on the spot coaching and lesson study for the professional development of all three teachers. Look at the opportunties for the students who need extra help or extra challenges.

All of this with current funding!
