Agree re: the need for better labor market data. I'm not familiar with the Workforce Investment Act Accountability Report Card mentioned in the Working Group report, but I expect that a major hurdle will be to get the willing participation of business. My (uninformed) impression is that employers complain about the quality of high school and college grads, but may not provide sufficient, specific data that can be used to hold educational institutions accountable.

Will businesses complain about red-tape if they are asked to provide data that will be used to measure the performance of educational institutions?
