are there any ways to get industry involvement where incentives were given to companies who make resources available and then some topics similar to the Junior Acheivement approach are taught by industry proffesional freeing up some teacher hours. Of course proper certifications and background checks would need to be done but the concept could increase the teaching staff w/o significantly increasing the cost to the schools.
