Yes, this could be done if the job share was presented to the industry as a MEANS OF INCREASING productivity. Consider that if a business participates in a reciprocal agreement with a school district to "exchange" jobs, the business could very well be making a sound investment in the productivity of their employee. One to two years teaching may give the business professional a whole new look as to their mission with the company. Plus, how many businesses suffer from employees with limited personal skills, and how much do businesses spend on developing personal skills by hiring outside organizations to do this? It could be a win win situation for business, bottom line is business will not buy into this if there is no payoff. Sell the idea. Brian Miller
