I think it starts in setting up the environment for multiple learning styles and then educating the educators behind it. As with multiple learning styles, teachers have multiple teaching styles and for most teachers there is a preferred method. Teachers must learn how to address the many needs and use the resources provided. It also means raising the bar on the quality of educators and making it a financially rewarding career choice for the more qualified candidates.

I am currently enrolled in a private college that focuses on gettting teachers their credentials and frankly I am frightened that most of these people will be standing in front of my gand kids and teaching them. Raise the pay, raise the expectations and start requiring the abiltiy to teach to multiple learning styles as a part of the job.
