I agree that alternative modes of education need to be kept as an option but time and care must be taken to have a monitoring plan and ensure that the programs are working. Abuse of the system needs to be avoided and the objective of teaching the skills needed must be a focus. Parents and other individual using these modes must be held accountable and monitored.
