  • Topic: Background

The failure of our public school system has occurred under the full view of our state level overseers. These organisations must also be held accountable. If a high school with an 1800 student enrollment reports in their year end report card that 330 students completed chemistry and 230 students completed physics, that school receives a "distinquished school award". When that school orders its STAR chemistry and physics tests, they only order 150 chem tests and 90 physics tests. Why is that? Because they have "Chemistry" and "Physics" courses that do not meet the standard curriculum for these courses. AND - these courses were approved by both the UC system and state level administrators. EVERYONE must be accountable.
