You seem to forget that without employers there would be no need for employees. Jobs start with those that create business not with those that do the work. If Michael Dell did not build a better business model for selling computers, he would never have a need for employees. Mr. Dell built computers for profit, not to create jobs. The jobs were created as a result of the expansion of his business. If making a profit is steeling from employees wages, what do you suggest as incentive for 'employers' to build a business that requires the hiring of employees? What jobs would employees have if employers did not create jobs?
