If the decision is privatization or bust, I'm afraid that the answer
will be bust.  You're not going to fool the American working class
into accepting a Pinochet/Freidman style retirement plan.  Every
other developed country excluding Chile's junta-enforced plan has
a publicly run retirement plan.  Workers in foreign countries know
that privatization is just a way to put more money into the hands
that already have enough.  I know that and I think that you know
that too.
