Bravo! We should have ownership in our retirement funds from the moment they are placed into the fund. It is especially distressing that so many seem content to maintain the status quo, when it is the lower-wage people who will benefit most from private retirement accounts by actually being able to accumulate wealth. The Archer Plan is bankrupt garbage.
