Congress is an institution designed to follow the will of the
people, and until your senators and congressperson know that
their constituents want reform, they will drag their feet.
Write, email or fax your representatives!  A terrific resource

There are now numerous plans being debated in Washington, and I
encourage you to visit the ADSS web site (http://www.adss.org) to
familiarize yourself with some of the major legislation being
discussed on the Hill.
