Question 1:  Yes.

Question 2:  They should be covered under a different
system; not Social Security.  Also, their families
should help out.  It's their problem more than it is
other taxpapers' problem.

Question 3:  Yes.  Government should only fill in when
absolutely needed.  Whenever our government is
involved, things get complicated and/or more
expensive.
