I believe we must provide Social Security to all, especially to those older 
persons who through inequities of nature, geographical location, educational 
opportunities, prejudice, cultural bias, or health, have not been able to 
access the growing wealth of America.  We need to fund a solid base for 
Social Security from our General Tax funds as do many less wealthy countries. 
 Then add the monies from employment taxes to that.  This will recognize that 
fate and happenstance do create inequities and it is an American value to 
respect and support all our citizens with a system that will be just and 
fair, even as it is unequal in its distribution of Social Security funds.
