   Mr. Hutchison is absolutely right...The biography of Charlie Ponzi,
on the History Channel, illustrates the structure of `Socialist
Insecurity` & should be must viewing for all FICA payers.    
   It`s laughable hypocrisy, for the justice department to prosecute &
jail Mr. Ponzi, for his  scheme of the 20`s, & then FDR realized what a
money maker it was, so he created his own Ponzi scheme in the 30`s, & to
make it eternal, it was mandatory    
   And then congress realized how easy it was to get re-elected, by
rewarding their large special interest group of voting retirees, with
volumes of unearned largess from `Socialist Insecurity,` unfortunately,
defrauding FICA payers, who don`t live to receive benefits or have no
eligible survivors.    
   The recent massacre in Littleton, CO, is a prime example, as six of
the students killed, were profiled as having had jobs, with no reported
eligible survivors, so their parents not only lost their loved ones, but
were defrauded out of their children`s accumulated FICA `contributions.`   
    With practices like this, no wonder `Socialist Insecurity` is in
surplus.    While I don`t condone fraud, at least Mr. Ponzi`s scheme was
voluntary, which is what `Socialist Insecurity` should be.
