Marwan Jabbour is not a privatizer. He's an eliminator.
There may be a place among the options for the complete phasing-out and elimination of Social Security. Personally, I think that if this were done we would need to put in its place a social insurance program funded out of general revenues, not payroll taxes. Its benefits would be a one-size-fits-all minimum amount designed to keep people out of poverty.
