Question to COngressman Pomeroy:

1.	Could you please address the "gambling" comment when 
	using the stock market?  
2.	Don't most reform proposals call for leaving their money 
	in the accounts for a full working lifetime?  If so, this is 
	much different than using investments as "SPECULATIVE" 
	captital -- Ben Franklin always talked about the virtues 
	of "PATIENT" capital.
