There is a nice listing in the book "What Environmental Managers Really Need to Know" by David Schell, Government Institutes, 1999. The appendix lists Internet Resources, Databases, Listservs, Newsgroups, Regulatory Offices and Websites worldwide and suggested periodicals for the latest news of regualtion, compliance and environmental management. It's by no means comprehensive but it's a handy start.
