Follow up


Decisions that impact the public's access to information and participation in environmental programs are being made all the time at EPA. For instance, the rules for Title V permits (Part 70) are being revised right now. Things on the table include the provisions for public participation, and includes issues of notice, access to documents, what documents can be charged for, and reasonable fees.

I'm wondering if a next logical step to this discussion would not be for EPA to agree to a set up a listserve for people interested in capacity building and public participation, to alert us to opportunities for input into the actual rule makings that pertain to those issues.
