I totally agree with Tom Hughes' recommendation that the EPA develop a web presence for environmental information similar to that done at the NIH with Medline. The EPA is a world class environmental organization. Let's use modern technology to let the citizens know this. Become the market place of truth in the environment. Provide access to the diverse opinions and research on the environment and let the knowledgable consumer determine for themselves what is truth and what is junk science. This would be a world wide resource, not just a U.S. resource.
