I represent a very small organization in NE Washington involved in
nuclear waste issues. Regulatory authority is delegated between
several federal and state agencies.

 * It would be helpful if there was some uniform consistancy on how
   web pages were laid out.

 * Needed also is a directory of contact persons with postal, phone,
   fax and email addresses.

 * Document costs are in some cases prohibitive.  All government
   documents, correspondence that would be available under the Freedom
   of Information Act should available online.

 * Larger documents such as impact statements should be available
   on CD's at a nominal cost (5-15 dollars).

 * Where not now required both federal and state agencies should
   require documents such as studies and impact statements be submitted
   in electronic form that are available for downloading or on a CD
   and be in a printable format.
