I strongly favor Choice 1 and its attempt to bring equality to campaign finance reform. However, concerning makingn the public pay for campaign finance in the form of taxes I do not agree. This is because the United States has many people who live in the United States such as immigrants or refugees etc who do not have the ability to vote and to make them pay for a tax in which they do not have a voice is not right. Yet, this is choice brings campaign finance reform one step closer to improvement.
