Al, I have to agree with you on the idea of bringing the lawmakers home. Certainly we have the technology now for them to hold meetings, debates, and votes without the necessity of being in the same physical place. It would certainly cut the costs of housing them, LOL!

It would indeed make them more available to their constituents, and, perhaps, less likely to be courted by big money without the people's notice.
