I think Eileen raises a good point here. I see tremendous value in creating such a clearinghouse or at minimum, a list of contacts in the field. I do know that the environmental justice directories have been created by various organizations around the country - The Environmental Justice Resource Center out of Clark Atlanta University has developed an extensive directory.
