After reading (or looking at) the map of participants, I was again reminded how valuable it would be to create a list or clearinghouse of public participation experts, particularly those able to interface with those with EJ concerns. Environmentalists at Historically Black Colleges and Universities as well as tribal colleges are particularly well suited. Anyone interested?
