Thank you for the comment on an easy to find "comment button" on the home page -- I strongly agree and a few EPA regions do have the comment link on their front pages. I have tried unsuccessfully to get the Region 4 Internet staff to add this link. I would further recommend that every page (or at least each program's lead page at a minimum) have a "comment" link so people can get quick assistance when they cannot find something on the website.
