  • X-topic: Outreach

One of the EPA groups developing the policy implementation plan is focused on information sharing. One the the ideas they are looking into is ways -- not just via Internet -- people might sign up to receive things that will meet their specific information needs/interests. Many people already are on regulalrly used mailing lists and listservs, but many others don't know they can ask to be on lists/listservs. On EPA's website -2 clicks in - is this page:
http://www.epa.gov/epahome/listserv.htm

On it there are instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing to listservs and a list of them. To get on mailing lists of regions, programs or projects people need to ask by phone, fax, e-mail or in person. I understand that statement may not be as simple as it reads.
