I agree with you that one size has never fit all...

What I would also like to mention is that there must be a BALANCE between competing factions. If you look at the Klamath situation, this perfectly demonstrates the heavy handedness and lack of common sense in the application of regulations. It amazes me that outsiders can determine who can and cannot make a living on the land and that environmental lawsuits are allowed to drain money away from planning and implementation of better practices that could possibly lead to LOCAL solutions.
