Sue, if this is frustrating for us, then think of how frustrating it must be for you as a Panelist!
To answer you: it is extremely valuable even if it only gives the EPA folks an idea of just HOW frustrating it is for others to disseminate and then educate other people.
Now, we need to take this frustration and channel it into action. "It's better to light one candle than curse the darkness"
