  • X-topic: Outreach

One of the unfortunate difficulties in dealing with information distribution is the amount of potential information that is available. In the case of the EPA, this number is staggering. We're talking warehouses, etc. One suggestion could be to find which information is most important to the different segments of the public. I wish I could remember who started developing the list of different public segments earlier in this forum, because that is a great start. The information pertinent to a firefighter will probably differ from that for someone concerned about release permits. Of course, there will be some types of information that cross-cut to many segments, but I think that targeted information is more feasible than trying to provide everything to everyone.
