Good Morning:

I sat in disbelief last night as I watched a report on PCBs found in copper scavenging and ground fill that was dumped long before PCBs were deemed harmful. And these people weren't aware of the harm that these substances cause! And they live in an area where the EPA is determining whether or not a major employer did this! And a lot of them work for the employer! They passed blue billboards against, and other billboards for the clean-up, they saw and heard reports for MONTHS about PCBs.

Is it apathy? Is it lack of education? Or do people just not care until it's almost too late?

Andrea
