I am very interested in your comment about NOT continuing to think "inside the box" and going beyond geographic limits -- do you have thoughts on "out-of-the-box" ways to find the right people to bring to our decision-making table? I am very guilty of using the "geographic box;" although when working with Superfund communities, I did learn through experience to move outside the "box" by identifying people who moved away from a facility or site and former workers.
