My name is Stephen Davis. I am an electrical engineer and actively involved in "grass roots" efforts to improve outdoor lighting and reduce light pollution and the needless waste of energy. The EPA should extend its Energy Star / Green Lights program into the wise application of lighting and not just the use of more energy efficient sources.
