Hi, my name is Guy Aydlett and I am Director of Water Quality for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District(HRSD) which is a regional wastewater treatment authority serving 3100 square miles of southeastern Virginia, 16 cities and counties, and 1.5 million people. I am responsible for ensuring HRSD's compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations for all media and for the regulation of 5000 industries, govermental agencies, and commercial establishments which discharge into the HRSD system. Through my association with AMSA(Association of Metropolitan Sewerage Agencies), I have worked very closely with EPA and have served on a number of FACA committees including the Effluent Guidelines Task Force, the Common Sense Initiative Council, the Metal Finishing Subcommittee, and the Metal Finishing Strategic Goals Workgroup.

I am very happy to be participating in this effort and applaud EPA for this unique way of obtaining stakeholder input.
