I have been employed on a contract basis at the Mass. Military Reservation as a Community Invovlment Specialist since Sept. of 2000. I am looking forward to taking part in these discussions to further my understanding of the dynamics of the public particpation process and to get a better feel for how best to meet the needs of the interested and concerned citizens on Cape Cod.
