I am an undergraduate at Harvard University studying Environmental Science and Public Policy. Currently, I am a summer intern with the EPA's Design for the Environment Program (www.epa.gov/dfe) in DC. From this discussion, I hope to gain an understanding of how the public views the EPA, and I wish to offer my views from a student's perspective.

Although I use the internet for much of my information, and I believe it can be a useful tool, especially in schools, I agree that the EPA should not completely rely on online resources to provide information. Community-based partnerships, where EPA employees work directly with community groups, might be more effective.
