Good Day! I am John Armstead, Acting Director of the Office of Environmental Data in the Mid-Atlantic States Region of EPA, aka Region 3. My goal in participating in this dialogue is to learn more about EPA's public involvment process and to contribute to the strategic direction we need to pursue to position the Agency to effectively communicate with the public.
