Hello-
My name is Jonathan Garoutte. I am a student of environmental law and an intern with the New Hampshire Dept. of Environmental Services working on Environmental Equity policy. I am also a recent transplant from the great state of Missouri where I completed my B.S. in Biology and Ecolonomics, a program in sustainable development. I don't know what I maybe able to add to these discussions, but I certainly thank all of those involved with this project for the opportunity to view and participate.
