The idea to put in place a national facilty registry is excellent, and will address many of the barriers I've witnessed to information access and will facilitate better invovlement by those with limited time in their schedules to attend lengthy public meetings.

I would only caution, picking up on a previous post, that we be mindful of the technological barriers in many low-income communities. If the infomation is only offered via computer access, the goal of leveling the playing field will be undermined.
