By way of introduction, my name is Ray Mohr. I work for the Colorado Dept. of Public Health and Environment in the Air Pollution Control Division. My most recent involvement with EPA and public involvement is in the development of the Colorado/EPA R8 Performance Partnership Agreement. I also do extensive work with communities here in Colorado on a variety of community-based initiatives on air quality.
My main objective in participating is simply to learn about new approaches and perspectives on the role public involvement can and should play in shaping environmental policy and direction and to share my perspective and experiences on this key issue.
