RE: What does a Master Plan mean?

Senator Alpert, as one of the legislative appointments to the Emerging Modes  Working Group I can appreciate the time and all the hours that have gone into research, discourse, problem solving and design of creative approaches on the part of the participants in the Working Group process.  Also, many additional voices were heard in the open meetings in which people could come as observers and contribute their ideas, concerns, and comments. 

I thank you for the opportunity to serve, and I am gratified to see the broad cross section of voices at the table in each working group.
