As you craft your responses, I have two minor suggestions.
If you have a question which you would like addressed by the Panelists (beyond rehtorical) it might help to re-state at the end of your message or to set it off as a paragraph by itself.
Question: What is being done about....?
The same may be helpful with a proposal.
Proposal: Create a system of .....
You all are doing a great job of staying on topic and keeping messages to manageable length.
