Adult Education

It is difficult to understand the rationale behind Recommendation 38--it would be interesting to have the author(s) of it come forward and explain what they are seeking to accomplish.  I am hopeful that there will be a revision of that recommendation which will encourage adult schools and community colleges to collaborate.  I would encourage those who are not familiar with adult school governance to visit their local adult schools. Not only should they speak with administrators about budget/organization/accessibility and accountability,they should also talk with students to hear first hand why they chose their adult school rather than the community college.
