Educational Institutions should integrate career preparation in their curricula for all students, including academic courses.

Studies show that while the top 15% of students have university plans and the bottom 15% of students have their needs met by special programs, 70% of our students have needs and interests which are largely ignored. In fact, 43% of our students leave high school unprepared for a specific career.

Due to an increased emphasis on test scores over the last few years, the focus has become educating for the next level rather than educating for life. We must change that focus.
