One suggestion on the postsecondary teaching issue: Use
accomplished K-12 teachers as part time faculty in
partnerships between K-12 and universities. Note:
Credentials and degrees do not necessarily mean the
teacher is accomplished. Classroom practice and
effectiveness should be the key factors in determining who
the accomplished teachers are.
