  • Oral Histories: Interviews with residents of the Pennsylvania Bidwell High Rise in Pittsburgh's Manchester Neighborhood. [January - July, 1999]
  • Sustainable Silicon Valley: An online exercise in issue-scoping, where Silicon Valley businesses worked with the California Environmental Protection Agency to select projects on which to focus near-term resources. The project had two online phases: Phase I, where major environmental pressures were identified by the project participants, and Phase II, where the pressures were ranked in order of importance. Subsequent phases were carried out in face-to-face meetings.
