Like Barbara, I am interested in learning the ANSWERS to the questions
being posed-- from the two bodies who have the authority to answer them.
AS we build the question list, will the two authorities agree to build the
answers for access on line?  It would seem especially productive for them
to float DRAFT answers in this forum so that the seminar could indicate
whether their answers addressed their need for information...
