Members of the Pennsylvania Universal Service Task Force will
be helping us to develop authoritative answers to questions on
the seminar's Frequently Asked Questions list,

	/projects/us-pa/faq.html

We have tried to include in this list all questions which have
been posted to the seminar and others which attempt to round
out the set of issues with which schools and libraries must
deal to take part in the discount program. If you spot things
that are missing, please post them to the list. In this
manner you will be able to take advantage of the core of
expertise residing in the state's Universal Service Task Force.
Other members of state government will also be providing
assistance in this task.

In order to give seminar participants adequate time to study
responses to questions on the FAQ list and to provide additional
questions that these responses might provoke, we have been
asked to extend the online seminar for a fourth week. Please
use this extra time to review your own plans for participation
in the discount program, and raise any issues that appear to
you as problematic in that task. Staff from the Pennsylvania
Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Public Utility
Commission will be listening in and helping to provide
authoritative answers to the questions that come up.

Thanks,
Bob Carlitz
