Hi,
In response to many of the stated areas regarding staff meetings etc.
What is the proposed situation when the "staff" is 1.9 people? It seems
that we are doing a lot with four part-time people. In dealing with
sustainability there are major concerns keeping up with technology, hiring
staff, keeping communications open, BUT if monetary sources are not
sustained the other questions are not very applicable. Won't the first
areas to discuss be what methods have worked for maintaining
sustainability?
